• Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council	The Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council is a group made up of people with disabilities, family members, advocates, and state department representatives who work to create favorable conditions for people with developmental disabilities and their families in the Commonwealth. • The PEAL Center	The PEAL Center serves Western and Central Pennsylvania. We're here to provide you with information on children and youth with disabilities. We provide training and information for parents and friends of children with disabilities, as well as their educators and their advocates.
• Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania	Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania is a network created by families for families of children and adults with special needs. We connect families in similar situations with one another so that they may share experiences, offer practical information and/or support.
• Kids Together, Inc.	This organization seeks to "promote inclusive communities where all people belong". Parents will find this a very helpful site.
• The Mentor Parent Program - North West - PA	The Mentor Parent Program exists to provide support and services to parents of children with disabilities through a coalition of united efforts of parents, educators, service providers, and professionals to effectively meet the needs of children with disabilities in the rural Appalachian region of Pennsylvania.
